Let’s talk travel! This is an opportunity for you to share your goals for your vacation and for us to get to know one another. You’ll tell me where you want to go, how long, who will be travelling with you, how you like to travel and any other details you’d like to share. Then let me take care of the rest!

Your Trip Proposal

After your consultation, all the information you provided will be crafted into a custom proposal. No two proposals are alike – everything is done specifically for you. You’ll receive a day-by-day proposal that covers all the details of your trip. You will have to opportunity to review the proposal to ensure it meets your needs. You can request amendments and additions at this stage before you give your final approval to start confirming your arrangements.

Book and Travel

This is the exciting part! You’ve reviewed the proposal and are ready to book your vacation! You give your final approval and your trip will be confirmed. Your final itinerary will be personalized for you and will contain all your booking confirmations and details as well as recommendations for your destination. Keep an eye on your email as well as you’ll get great tips and advice on travelling, including up-to-date travel restrictions before your departure. 24-7 emergency assistance will be available to you while you’re on vacation.
